“Faithfully Waiting”

With every season of life, there are scenes to be seen with sparked emotions.
Expressions in a picture, once lived, optimistically to be lived.
Giving life to living life to fleeing life to loving life to eternal life.
Waiting for sentimental gleam to turn from red to green.
Leaving the porch light on, just in case.
No time for yellow hues, confusion.
Constant wondering of faraway distant activities, successes.
Envisioning watching, observing, breathtaking epics in every second.
Only the safest outstanding triumphs wished, prayed.
Going nowhere yet anywhere, everywhere.
Remember the memories, filled with compassion.
No ridicule allowed no despair.
Courageous first steps in the center, never giving up.
Mistakes unintentionally made, wholeheartedly sorry.
Really want to know, see, hear and feel God’s blessings blessed.
Pure love is always true in heart, imperfect at best.
Feel passion drained, bounced with graceful beauty, strained.
Bountiful messages in a bottle of lifetimes unexplored, unmet.
Shuffling Autumn leaves with thoughts years gone, not wasted.
Mesmerized in reflection with salty tears of affection.
Stillness, quietness rejoices in calmness.
Patience with balance.
Humor, genuine.
Never having to say goodbye, no regrets, humbly meeting again.
Present in the spirit in the sky, designed in the twinkling star’s eye.
Dedicated to my grown sons, have not seen over a decade but spiritually serenade.
Bestowing the Lord’s precious gifts forever and ever, faithfully waiting.
