Celebrating National Rose Month
1986 was the year the rose was elegantly proclaimed as the national flower of the United States when President Ronald Reagan officially certified the pretty gem in the White House Rose Garden. National Rose Month in June was chosen for the natural simple reason that roses look their best.
Roses are recorded to be one of the most ancient of flowers.
There are as many symbols of roses as there are of the beautiful vast variety of each rose.
Colorful and adoring significances of this flourished floral blooms are treasured when given or observed.
Scents to smell and relish are worth every cent of enchantment to ignite or lift a glorious spirit.
Personally, the classic climbing Victorian pink roses are my favorite intertwined with the soft white wild rose petals to create a rustic yet charming, upbeat cheerful mood any time of the day.
This month is special to me as my nickname from childhood has been, “Rosebud.”
Wishing everyone splendid and optimistic days of June with every rose sent and received.
Reflect, from sunrise to sunset.
